14 3/4"x 12" edition of six $500
post album construction, binders board covered with banana fiber
paper and black Brillianta cloth at spine. Cover decoration
of necklace made with black string, bark paper and a shell, coated
with acrylic medium. End sheet, Japanese black and white block print.
Eight pages of Bagasse paper, images are collogragh and collage,
2 pages open to a double spread. The premise of the book is the
use of masks for ceremonial rites and rituals, not as an art form
by themselves. |
